What we collect

When you use this website — including the Homebuyer Readiness Assessment, calculators, and contact forms — we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and general financial information (like an approximate income range or credit range). We do not ask for or accept sensitive information like your Social Security number through this website.

How we use it

Information submitted through this site is used to respond to your inquiry, provide the educational results you requested, and — if you've agreed to be contacted — to follow up about your homebuying goals. Submissions are routed to Chad Fowers and/or Mortgage Lending Utah's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing provisions in this policy. We share this information only with service providers that help deliver and operate our messaging service, solely for that purpose and not for their own marketing.

When you submit text messaging preferences, we retain your contact information, your choice, the consent language and version shown, the source page, and the submission time to document your request. Providing a phone number on a contact form or registering for a webinar does not by itself enroll you in text updates.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel) to understand site usage and measure marketing performance.
