Every week we meet on Google Meet as a group. Chad covers that week's topic, walks you through the material, and takes live questions. Then we open it up for wins and struggles — what you accomplished from the week before, and what you're still working through. It's real, interactive, and nothing like a webinar.

Life happens. If you miss a call, you'll still have access to the community and the week's materials. Replays may be available depending on the cohort. Do your best to show up live — that's where the real value is.

Absolutely not. This challenge is specifically designed for people who aren't sure where they stand — including people who've been told their credit isn't there yet. Week one is all about understanding your credit so you can actually do something about it.

The live call runs about 60–75 minutes each week. Between-call tasks are designed to take 20–30 minutes total. You can go deeper if you want, but the minimum investment is about 2 hours a week. That's it.

Each cohort may have different panelists from the title, legal, real estate, and credit worlds. Panelists are announced at the start of each challenge. The goal is to give you direct access to the people whose expertise you'll need when you buy.
