Is this actually free?

Yes — completely free. No cost, no catch, no sales pitch during the session. I run this workshop because most buyers show up to the home search without the information they need. I want to change that.

Do I have to have my camera on?

Not at all. You can join with camera off, audio only, or just watch. Ask questions in the chat if you prefer.

How long does it run?

About 60 minutes. I cover the core material in 45 minutes and leave time for Q&A at the end.

Is it a sales pitch?

No. It's a genuine education session. I'll mention who I am and what I do, but the goal is to give you useful information — not pressure you into anything.

What if I already have a real estate agent?

Perfect. Bring them. The workshop helps agents and buyers align on financing before writing offers. Several real estate agents attend regularly.

What if I miss it — is there a recording?

The workshop runs live every Thursday at 7PM MT. Register for a future session at any time — there's always a next Thursday.

How is this different from the 30-Day Challenge?

The workshop is one 60-minute session — a great way to get oriented and understand the mortgage process before committing to anything more. The 30-Day Challenge is a full month of live coaching calls, daily tasks, a private community, and a personalized certificate and roadmap at the end.
